World Trade Center Abuja Proposed Recreational Center design

So we worked on This design for World Trade Center recreational Abuja Center. Interesting Brief  required us to bring to life the initial sketches for the Center.

The proposed project will serve as a recreational area servicing the pool area and residents of World trade center Abuja.

The facility features a contemporary architectural design, with spaces carefully crafted for functionality and beauty. Spaces within the facility are as follows;

Outdoor Lounge: Two outdoor Lounge spaces on both sides of the pool deck serves as relaxation space, Over looking the pool area. This makes it a very good space for pool parties and just everyday lounging.

Indoor Lounge: this space has three sections; the sports section, the lounge and the bar section. the use of contemporary features accessories, furniture and lighting gives it a unique ambiance.

Conference Rooms: the facility also features 2 units conference rooms capable of seating up to 20 persons each.

Indoor Gym: A very spacious indoor Gym that can take all kinds of gym equipment, double volume ceiling. bright lighting and great view of the cityscape.we are also introducing it's own private changing/shower area.

The Squash court; two unit standard squash court, with a spectator area and changing area. properly lit for maximum fun.

the Restaurant: We introduced a restaurant on the deck over the squash court with its own kitchenette. Also a staircase has been introduced to the lobby area making the restaurant accessible both from the stairs and elevator. It also has a great view over the tennis court.

The children's playground at the basement ; an open space on the basement level.

The project is designed using BIM (building information modeling) software.
